MINES and Associates has been in business since 1981. Since that time MINES has become a nation-wide provider of Employee Assistance Programs services, wellness programs, managed behavioral healthcare, and organizational development and consulting services. MINES has developed a nationwide PPO network of over 21,000 providers that spans the entire United States.
MINES’ EAP provides highly tailored services that fit each organization’s particular needs. Combining high-touch service with customized promotional programs, MINES’ EAP services maintain a utilization rate far above our competitors. Valuing quality over all else, MINES’ EAP provides effective counseling services for employees and their families, access to online resources including do-it-yourself legal forms, financial calculators, informational articles and self-help tools. EMployees and their household members also have access to unlimited work/life referral services to help handle day to day needs as well as access to 4 professional wellness coaching sessions per year to help support their immediate wellness needs and long-term wellness goals.
The EAP also acts as a management tool that helps leadership be more proactive in helping their staff further reducing their healthcare costs at the same time. MINES offers a wide selection of trainings and seminars across a huge array of topics including stress and resilience, workplace conflict and safety, nutrition and fitness, communication and teambuilding, legal and financial, aging and caretaking, family and personal issues. MINES provides a wellness enhancement to our standard EAP services. Our “Whole Organization Wellbeing” system allows members and employees to utilize EAP sessions to access specialized wellness professionals for personal and customized assessments to address fitness and nutrition needs, sleep issues, smoking cessation, weight loss, and more.
MINES’ high touch account management team and are experts in human behavior and are able to act as a retained organizational consultant, providing unlimited organizational development support for leadership needs, strategic implementation, culture change, teamwork issues, and challenging behavioral situations addressing emerging problems in order to minimize the impact on personnel and the organization. Furthermore, MINES’ case management team act as a liaison between Human Resources and employees for specific needs such as WPRs and to address specific client needs. Case managers can act as a direct line to MINES for important matters and crisis situations. Additional human resources and management support include: CISS ̶ Planning, strategy, response and ongoing support, WPR coordination and feedback, management consults on a variety of issues, Development of special initiatives, crisis intervention, telephonic counseling, inpatient case management, and wellness coaching.
MINES expert case management team are all licensed clinicians with at least a Master's degree, as well as LCSW licenses. MINES provider network is similarly credentialed spanning Master's and Ph.D. level clinicians with a wide variety of specialties and licenses including: (see Licenses & Certifications section)
